Our Classic rooms are located on both the ground floor and the first floor. The ground-floor rooms overlook the internal courtyard with access to the pool and the countryside, while the first-floor rooms have access to the shared terrace. They are approximately 18 square metres in size (each one is unique due to the renovation respecting the original architecture) and feature a shower. Each room is equipped with a minibar, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bathroom and pool accessories.

Check in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards (we have 24-hour front desk).
Check out must be done by 10:30 a.m.
If there are different arrival and/or departure requirements, please let us know and we will accommodate you if possible.
Late Check out is available: it must be requested at the time of booking and may incur an additional charge.
At the time of confirmation, a credit card for guarantee and a deposit equal to 30% of the stay are required.
In the event of cancellations beyond the specified terms due to official regulations by governments of different countries, the Masseria will provide guests with a voucher equal to the amount of the deposit, which can be used for a future stay.
From 28 to 15 days prior to arrival, 30% penalty.
From 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% penalty.
Within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% penalty fee.
In case of a no-show for a reserved date, the penalty is 100%.
3rd child bed: (ages 4-14): 60€ per night
3rd adult bed: 90€ per night
Crib: 15€ per night to be paid locally
Pets: single supplement of 35€ to be paid locally
