The Superior rooms are located on the ground floor. Some overlook the internal courtyard of the pool, while others face the orchard. They are approximately 25 square metres in size and feature a bathtub or shower. What characterizes them is the presence of charming vaulted ceilings made of Lecce stone, either barrel-shaped or cross-shaped, adding a touch of refined elegance to the room. Some rooms are double, while others have a third bed and are ideal for families with one child. They are equipped with a minibar, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bathroom and pool accessories.

Experiences are available upon reservation, and some may have an additional cost.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. onwards (we have a 24-hour reception).
Check-out must be done by 10:30 a.m.
If you have different arrival and/or departure needs, please let us know, and if possible, we will try to accommodate them.
Late check-out is available but must be requested at the time of booking and may incur an additional cost.
At the time of confirmation, a credit card for guarantee and a deposit equal to 30% of the stay are required.
In the event of cancellations beyond the specified terms due to official regulations by governments of different countries, the Masseria will provide guests with a voucher equal to the amount of the deposit, which can be used for a future stay.
From 28 to 15 days prior to arrival, 30% penalty.
From 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% penalty.
Within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% penalty fee.
In case of a no-show for a reserved date, the penalty is 100%.

3rd adult bed: €90 per night
Crib: €15 per night to be paid on site
Pets: one-time surcharge of €35 to be paid on site
